I'm a wannabe photographer and I was wondering; I have a cheap-ass 7 megapixel camera and I really want a better one, say, a 400£ 14 megapixel one, but will this actually make a difference to my photo's quality and if so is it worth the 400£.
If not can you give me any tips on what will, and how to get the best camera for my money?
